One of the most important things to your weight loss is your diet and to make sure you have your diet in check you must have a PLAN!

Having a plan makes everything a lot easier, I tried counting calories but I can't do it, takes too much time and energy.

So instead what I do is simply know what I am going to eat hours or days or even a week before I eat it.

Please see your doctor for a meal plan/calorie intake based on your health. I have Sample Meal Plans listed below, I do not recommend you trying these plans.
