This part of the challenge/journey started August 2013. In this phase I will be doing multiple workout programs aimed at losing fat while building muscle and strength.
- Beginner to advanced 12 week program by Jim Stoppani.
- 8 weeks to Muscle & Strength by me, Eric2Fit. Pyramid style routine.
- Shortcut to size 12 week program by Jim Stoppani.
- Strength & Mass Builder! 22 week program, by me, Eric2Fit.
After completing these 4 programs, I will decide, if I should be adding more programs to this phase or move-on to another phase on this journey to fitness..
All programs will be done NFL/NBA Game style again, because it worked for me during my weight loss, breaking each down into 4 quarters.
