Had to lose some weight!
February 16, 2013. 269.6 lbs... This was me after the first week of working out, I decided I needed to document the transformation because I was not planning on going back.








Starting to see some progress, scale was going down!!
February 16, 2013 to June 15, 2013. In about 4 months, I dropped approximately 40 lbs, was feeling good but still have a long way to go!!






Everyone started to notice the change now!!
July 27, 2013. 205 lbs.... End of my 24 week weightloss challenge. Lost 67.5 lbs, now I want to achieve more!









ONE-DERLAND!!
August 27, 2013. 199 lbs... For the first time in a long long long time, the scale is below 200 lbs!





Beginner to Advanced Beginner!!
October 19, 2013. 190.5 lbs... This was at the end of Jim Stoppani's 12 Week Beginner to Advanced workout program.











Transformation Challenge
January 13, 2014. 194 lbs... This was at the beginning of the Bodybuilding.com 2014 Transformation Challenge.
