Banana Protein Muffins

About 60 calories, 1/3g fat, 7g protein per muffin!

2 medium bananas
5 egg whites
1/2 cup plain Fat free yogurt
3/4 cup oats
2 scoops vanilla protein
1/2 cup stevia
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
blend all ingredients in blender, and pour into 12 muffin cups, cook for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees.... enjoy!

Protein Pancakes

Only 2 ingredients needed Protein Powder and Egg Whites, taste delicious!

Protein Fruit Green Smoothie

So the best thing with smoothies is they are very flexible, the video above comes closest to what I do for my Protein Fruit Green Smoothie. My recipe is very simple:
1/2 Cup - Frozen Berry Mix from Target (Blueberries, etc.)
1 Banana
1/2 Cup - Frozen Strawberries
Handful of Spinach
Handful of Kale
1 serving Protein Powder
1 Cup of Almond Milk or Skim Milk
An alternative is also to replace the milk with water, I usually put a serving of Yogurt when I am using water instead of milk.

Blend and enjoy! Its very flexible, so experiment with other fruits / greens. No sweetener or additional ingredients required.
